I am a diabetic and and frequent traveler with my husband. While using this app has helped me take control of my illness. I am home about one week out of the month. Riding in the car and living in hotels, this app has truly help me to manage my illness and I recommend it to anyone who needs to track their eating. Thanks. This timer works great! I love that I have the ability to adjust the amount of time, meals and the number of glasses of water also since I drink a lot more than 64 ounces. I use it with my clients all the time. When you are in fat burn with our program you have little or no hunger and we often forget to eat! The only thing that would make it better if there was an app for my friends with Androids.
As a small business owner, I often find my focus is on my clients at the expense of eating in a timely fashion. This results in poor eating habits. Yeah, there is a built in timer and meal recording apps. Or you could rely, on your often wrong, hunger pains. Apps specializing on a specific need, are far better than generalize apps! For example, one of the leading meal recording apps in the App Store doesnt even include the obvious—when you ate and when your next meal is. Keep up the great work! I look forward to your future updates!
Yes, for those who want to be on time for the next meal this app is great (and also the graphics). Although i think the dev can improve so much the app if they want to.

Some bad moments

Although it helps tracking eating habits, theres no appeal that makes me get back to use it or even remember to eat again if I just want or need to snooze it, mostly because the design is really dated. Also, the Watch app doesnt work properly, it simply doesnt open or respond to the touch. This app has a potential on its main function, but it is far away to become what we need it to be - and its not about new futures, but on to getting us to use it more often.
If you forget to eat after the three hours for a few minutes it defaults and removes all your meals for the day!! So annoyed
This app now crashes more than it doesnt. It will freeze up and not keep the correct time. Please release an update soon!
In global i can say its usefull but still need a lot of improvement for the user to control how the app behave such as ringing tones to alert for eating time
... but then the next day the app wouldnt open anymore, deleting and reinstalling doesnt work neither. Then new update came out, same, crashes and doesnt open. Lite version opens for some reason though.
Considering this app cost me in total $2.50 its pretty rudimentary. I was expecting more from this app. It has potential, but more features would make it worth the money. They should add a place to track your weight and your meals or calories and your workouts. They should keep the "3 hour eating" as the main feature in the app but to make it much better it needs more features!
