Absolutely love this app. New updates are great. Super easy to set up and change settings. New updates makes logging meals easy even while using phone or app.
The new update fixed my problem opening with a 4s devise. This ap is just what I needed. With better variety on time settings (5 minute increments) and I love being able to track my water too. Thanks for responding so quickly to my previous issue. You answered my email and my questions so quickly. Ive been very impressed. The app and support has exceeded my expectations.
Easy to use. Does what I need. It is essential to keep me on track for eating/drinking water at least every 3 hours. I would like a way to look back to see times logged to build more personal consistency w program.
This little app is perfect for what I needed I needed a simple but effective app to remind me to eat every 2 hours because of my personal trainer recommendations. With the help of this app Ive lost 10lbs along with diet and exercise.
The idea behind the app and the UI are great! However, I find that the timer sometimes randomly stops and restarts Apple watch: The apple watch app is similarly great. But at times, the iPhone app and watch app are out of sync where one is counting and the other doesnt isnt.
This app seemed like it would be great but unfortunately has proven to be useless as the timer resets every time I leave the app which defeats the whole purpose of the app. What the heck? So as long as you leave it open and dont need to use ANY OTHER apps while the timer is going it is good...?? Very disappointing and a waste of $$
I enjoy this app since there are oddly few meal reminders on the market...REALLY wish there was a companion app for pebble watch though. (Nudge)

This app is CRAzy Good. Ive lost 8 pounds in two weeks. Pair this bad boy with my fitness pal and throw all the diet books away. Shop eating that whole foods crap. Just eat want your body needs and the weight will drop off. Pavlov principal applied at its finest. I have literally tried every diet out there. I am amazed that the one diet that works is not even a diet. Just an app. Love it. Simple and simply the best. And no I am not a couch potato. I am an active athlete and teach spin part time. So get the app. Its amazing.
Personally for me it is a great help in remembering when I need to eat again as I am on a meal replacement program. I like being able to adjust the times, number of meals and water intake. It is flexible enough that it can be used for many things that need regular reminders. Very stable too, have had no issues with functionality since I first started using it in March 2015. What I would like to see next is note on when the last alert came through. I sometimes forget to reset the timer and if the last alert was posted I could adjust my schedule accordingly.
Easy to use and very effective. They even respond to emails! Thats a first for me. Id recommend 100%
This app is great at what it does. That said, it doesnt do too much, and I think the following improvement would make it better. 1. Allow the user to restart the timer without automatically incrementing he meal count. 2. Add plus/minus buttons for the meals, just like the water. The slider is annoying.
I am using this app with the Trim Healthy Mama eating plan and I love that it helps me keep up with my meal times! Great app, thanks!

I cant find an option to edit the time if I forgot to start the timer right away. If this isnt already a feature I would definitely make it one! Otherwise this is a great app!!
I downloaded this app this weekend specifically because it said you could log a meal or snooze from the Apple Watch. And you can definitely hit those buttons, but they dont report to your phone. So I logged a meal from the watch that never showed up on the phone, which caused my timer not to reset and sort of defeated the whole purpose of the app. Other things Id want to see fixed: the ability to enter a meal after the fact, and the ability to check the log of your meals so you could see what time you last ate. I went to the website to email all of this to the designer, but his website has been hacked. So hopefully he checks his reviews. Please let me know when these issues have been fixed, and Ill revise my review. Until then, Id avoid this app.
