I wish it was updated

I like it, but I would like to be able to add more meals just like the timer can be adjusted, I would also like it to make a sound or vibrate when time is up...I have been using it for a week now and I have not heard it beep, vibrate, make any sound what so ever! An alarm like sound would be great, if I have to keep checking it might as well just look at the clock.
